Polyurethane Wheels
Polyurethane caster wheels are injection-molded, mechanically and chemically bonded to a polyolefin center. They are non-marking, non-conductive, and superior to rubber in withstanding grease, oil, cutting, chunking, and abrasive wear.
Swivel EAZ® (SE)
With 10 years in service the Swivel-EAZ dual wheels alone have shown a minimum 35-50% push/pull force reduction. As well as proven to reduce rolling resistance and helps with the swiveling action. Each wheel has 2 independent rolling wheels and are maintenance free for the life of the wheel. They feature large sealed precision ball bearings and a non-marking tread with the option to be flat or crowned.
Great for manufacturing plants, tow lines and where stringent push/pull forces are required. Commonly used at airline manufacturers for working platforms next to the airplane on the assembly line.

Super Elastomer (UX)
Our ergonomically designed Super Elastomer (UX) wheel is comprised of high-grade Polyurethane 85A. Shown to significantly reduce initial push/pull forces, rolling and swiveling resistance. The crowned treads are non-marking, super smooth rolling and operate quietly. The unique tread repels foreign objects and debris. They come standard with large sealed precision ball bearings and are maintenance free for the life of the wheel.
Ideal for tow line applications where there are frequent stops, starts and turns. Used in many large manufacturing plants like GM, Ford and Terex.

Super Poly (SP)
Our ergonomic Super Poly (SP) wheels are solid cast premium polyurethane with a slightly crowned tread, for low rolling resistance. They are non-marking, smooth rolling and also offer good floor protection. Features two sealed precision ball bearings. Manufactured by Caster Solutions and made in the USA for fast deliveries.
Specifically engineered for applications involving chemicals, solvents and water. A good choice for applications with the potential for high impacts. Ideal for food processing equipment and pharmaceutics plants vertically indestructible material. Also used in automotive plants and towline applications.

Polymadic (PM)
High Performance UV resistant polyurethane tread mechanically locked to a polyolefin core. This design makes superior strength for loads subjected to shock and hard impacts. Tread is non-marking, smooth rolling and operates quietly. Features two sealed precision ball bearings.
Resists most solvents, oil, grease and water. Making it a great option for fish and poultry plants where there is a lot of wash down and warehouse carts involved.

Ergolastomer (HU)
Super strength solid cast polyurethane elastomer tread mechanically locked to a glass filed nylon core. A very durable wheel with high impact and abrasion resistance. Carries immense loads without component breakdown. Rolls mile after mile with virtually no tread wear. Crowned non -marking tread helps reduce reduce initial push/pull forces, rolling and swiveling resistance. Each wheel has two large sealed precision ball bearings. Maintenance free for the life of the wheel.

Poly-Pro (PP)

Energy Saver Polyon (SW)
A crowned polyurethane tread chemically bonded to a heavy-duty solid cast iron core. Our Energy Saver Polyon wheels offers better ergonomics compared to our standard Polyon. With a crowned tread and smaller foot print it helps swiveling action and reduces the push/pull forces needed to roll. These wheels feature a non-marking tread, floor protection and a quiet rolling operation.

Duralastomer (SU)

MegaPoly (PX)
The Titan MegaPoly wheel uses a thick 1 inch premium polyurethane tread bonded to a cast iron core. This wheel has a signifacntly higher load capacity and life span compared to its competitors due to its construction which slows down and disspates the internal heat that builds up while in use.
This wheel exceeds in tow appplications.

Resin & Polymer Wheels
Resin & polymer caster wheels are usaully molded under high pressure and heat. These types of wheels are highly resistant to grease, oil, gas, and mild acids. They are recommended for smooth concrete and can be used for storage.
Maxrok (MA)
Ultra-strong injection molded glass filled nylon wheel. Has the same weight capacity of steel, yet it’s incredibly light-weight. Extreme impact strength, abrasion and compression resistance. Completely washable & steam cleanable. It’s not effected by grease, oils, salt, brine, blood, as well as most chemicals and cleaning solutions.
The corrosion resistant makes this the perfect wheel for outdoor applications. Commonly used in food processing plants and greenhouse operations.

Nylon (NY)
Solid white wheel molded from Nylon 6. Completely washable & steam cleanable; impervious to water. Highly resistant to organic solvents, most chemicals and cleaning solutions. Offers high impact strength and exceptional abrasion resistance. Non-marking hard tread has features a slight crown and rolls very easily.
Ideal for use in food processing and packaging plants.

Ironman (NX)
Black high impact polymer. Extreme load capacities, machined with a slight crowned tread helps with swiveling action and reduces push/pull forces required to roll. They have great rollability are easier on floors than steel wheels. Features two large sealed precision ball bearings as standard.
Excellent for power tow applications and where stringent push/pull forces are required.

Phenolic (PH)
Composed of phenolic resin mixed with macerated canvas. This mixture creates a high capacity and high impact resistant wheel. Phenolic wheels have decades of proven reliability in the industry. Hard tread rolls easily, provides good concrete floor protection and is quieter than steel wheels. Resistant to oil, grease and solvents. Non-metallic & non-sparking.

Thermo-Compound (GN)

Rubber & Thermoplastic Rubber Wheels
Softer than polyurethane, rubber/thermoplastic-rubber caster wheels can withstand exposure to many chemicals and solvents with less than 10% acidity. This material also climbs easier over obstacles, uneven floors, joints, and gaps, better grips slippery floors, absorbs shocks, and protects floors.
Nomadic
High grade thermo-elastomer tread bonded to a polyolefin core. A super smooth rolling and quiet operation, including use on tile floors. Non-marking and resistant to cleaning chemicals, acid, alcohols, water and steam. Rejects floor debris, even metal shavings. Sealed precision ball bearing as standard.
Used in many hospitals, restaurants and where there is food prep or delivery. A favorite choice for industrial linen facilities.

Polyolefin (PO)

Soft Rubber

Mold-On Rubber
Rubber tread vulcanized to heavy-duty cast iron core. Offers a shock absorbing semi-cushioned ride with floor protection and a quiet rolling operation. Rolls well over small debris, rough floors, cracks, floor joints, other common obstacles. Economically priced cushion wheel.
The black rubber tread may leave floor marks; if non-marking wheels are required we suggest using the Nomadic™, Dura-Cushion™, or Thermo-Pro™ wheels.
Works well in outdoor environments; however, cast iron core can rust; if this is an issue, look at using aluminum or plastic core wheels.
Ideal for platform and lumber carts. Widely used on commercial dumpsters.

Steel & Ductile Wheels
Steel and Ductile Steel caster wheels are made for extreme weights that normal wheels cannot handle. They are robust and can withstand temperatures up to 700°F.
Semi-Steel (SS)
Made from a mixture of steel and cast iron; offers a strong, durable and cost-effective solution for heavy loads. Hard tread rolls easily and offers high abrasion resistance. Tread face is precisely machined for a smooth and centrical ride; tread edge is machined round.
A good choice for heavy loads in manufacturing and warehousing; especially on rough concrete and other rough surfaces.

Ductile Steel (DS)
Ductile steel is a composed of a combination of special alloys that give it higher weight capacities than cast iron; while being more economical than drop forged steel. Also referred to as malleable iron; material may flex rather than cracking or breaking when submitted to an extreme shock load. Features an extra thick walled, heavy-duty core, hub and tread face. Roller bearings are standard, with precision & tapered bearings as an option.
Idea for use on rough surfaces and has good rolling resistance under any condition

Crowned Ductile Steel (CD)
Ductile steel is a composed of a combination of special alloys that give it higher weight capacities than cast iron; while being more economical than drop forged steel. Roller bearings are standard, with precision & tapered bearings as an option.
Crowned Ductile Steel (Energy Saver Ductile) wheel features a crowned tread that rolls and maneuvers better than flat tread wheels. The combination of a crowned tread and optional precision tapered roller bearings will require significantly less effort to start up, maintain a rolling load, maximize weight capacity and perform well in severe and abusive applications.

V-Groove Wheels
Designed to guide equipment by rolling on an inverted angle iron track. Elevated track minimizes problems caused by floor debris. When not operating on track the wheel tread on both sides of the V-groove allows for use on smooth floors.

Solid ASTM 1045 Steel, straight sided construction offers the maximum weight capacity and durability of any V-groove type wheel on the market. Sealed precision ball bearings offer the best possible mobility and do not require any maintenance. Wheels are Zinc plated to resist rust.
