Shipping Policy & Information


Typically, we process and ship orders out within 1-3 business days once we receive the order, if we have the items in stock.

We keep a large inventory at our Washington warehouse. Common items, such as 13/14 series & 27/28 series casters, are almost always in stock and ready to ship.

If you need an order expedited, it’s wise to give us a call to make sure we can accommodate. Depending on the item, quantity, and how busy we are, we will try to do it!


For online website orders, we offer both UPS and FEDEX shipping options.

If you qualify for free shipping your order will most likely ship through FEDEX.

DISCLAIMER: When selecting our free shipping option, you would be responsible for the shipping cost that we covered if you decide to return your order.


When your order has finished being processed and is ready to ship, you will receive an email with the corresponding tracking number. You may also visit our order tracker to find the tracking number for your order as well as to track the shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Missing or Damaged Items:

You have (10) business days upon delivery to report an order as damaged or missing items.

To start a claim, please send an email to [email protected]. In the email, please include your order number, delivery date, images of the shipping boxes, and a detailed report on whats missing or damaged.
