Typically, we process and ship orders out within 1-3 business days once we receive the order, if we have the items in stock.
We keep a large inventory at our Washington warehouse. Common items, such as 13/14 series & 27/28 series casters, are almost always in stock and ready to ship.
If you need an order expedited, it’s wise to give us a call to make sure we can accommodate. Depending on the item, quantity, and how busy we are, we will try to do it!
Our online website orders ship through UPS. If you qualify for free shipping your order will most likely ship through FEDEX.
When your order has finished being processed and is ready to ship, you will receive an email with the corresponding tracking number. You may also visit our order tracker to find the tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
