Our Dual Polyurethane on Aluminum wheels were designed to replace tradional single wheels for better maneuvering while not widening the footprint and swivel radius. These dual wheels alone have shown a minimum 35-50% push/pull force reduction. As well as proven to reduce rolling resistance and helps with the swiveling action. Each wheel has 2 independent rolling wheels and are maintenance free for the life of the wheel. They feature large sealed precision ball bearings and a non-marking tread.

Great for manufacturing plants, tow lines and where stringent push/pull forces are required. Commonly used at airline manufacturers for working platforms next to the airplane on the assembly line.

The casters in our D4/R4 Dual Wheel Kingpinless Series are ranked for extreme heavy duty use, with capacities up to 40,000 lb.The series offers matching swivel and rigid casters constructed with thick top plates from hot forged ASTM1045 steel. The legs are doubled welded use 1/2″ thick steel. The axle used is a 1-1/4″ thick Grade 8 bolt making these casters hold up to the toughest of jobs. The swivel casters feature a forged 5/8″ thick swivel head and a 7″ precisely machined kingpinless raceway of 3/4″ hardened ball bearings.
