Orders and Shipping

  • Do you offer free shipping?

    We offer free ground shipping on all orders over $250.00 that are shipped within the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. If you wish to receive free shipping, please select that option during checkout. Please view our Shipping page to read more.

  • What shipping options do your provide?

    We offer both UPS and Fedex shipping options. If you qualify for free ground shipping, your order will ship via Fedex.

  • How long does my order take to ship?

    Most orders ship within 3 business days. However, if your order contains items that are not frequently purchased, your order may take longer. If you need your order by a certain date, we recommend calling us to confirm your items lead times.

  • How do I track my order?

    You may visit our Order Tracker page, or you can track your order through your account.

  • How do I create an account?

    You may visit our My Account page to sign up, or you can create an account during the checkout process.

  • Do you charge sales tax?

    We do not charge sales tax unless your shipping address is located in the state of Washington. As a local Washington business, we are required by law to charge sales tax to customers shipping within our state. The sales tax is calculated based on your city or county local tax code.

  • Do you ship to my country?

    Although we do serve and ship to customers all over the world, we currently only accept online orders that are shipped within the greater United States and Canada. Please give us a call if your order needs to be shipped to elsewhere.

Returns and Exchanges

  • Can I cancel an order?

    If you’d like to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. If we receive your cancellation request before your order ships, then you will most likely be eligible for a full refund.

  • I received the wrong items

    If you received the wrong items, please contact us to discuss your options. We are here to help.

  • What is your return policy?

    You have 30 days after placing an order to request a return. Almost every return request is granted, as long as the items are still in un-used condtion. To read more about our return policy, please visit our Returns page.

  • Can I exchange my order?

    If you’d like to exchange your items, we recommend returning your order and placing a new order. This is the fastest and easiest way to get your new items.
