Is there a minimum order quantity or total?

No! We accept all orders regardless of product quantities or total cost.

How do I qualify for FREE SHIPPING?

You can qualify for Free Ground Shipping when your shopping cart total is $250.00 USD or more. Once reaching the qualifying total, a Free Shipping option will be available when choosing your shipping method on the cart or checkout page. Shopping cart total does not include taxes and other charges. Other restrictions may apply. View our Terms of Service for more information.

What happens after I place my order?

  • A confirmation email is sent to your billing email address shortly after placing your order
  • Your order is then processed and assembled
  • The day your order is ready to ship, an email is sent with tracking information.

How quick will my order ship?

Typically, we ship most all online orders within 1 business day of the order being placed. However, depending on which products were ordered, it may take longer. Most of our products offered online are kept in stock, although some products are made to order.

Do you accept returns?

Yes! Orders may be returned if requested within 30 days of placing your order.
